Avocado Dressing/Dip

  • 1 large avocado
  • 5 fl oz greek yoghurt
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp chopped coriander
  • A few chopped chives or spring onions
  • 1 tsp green barley grass powder
  • 1 crushed garlic clove
  • Knife tip of chilli powder

Blend: serve with prawns, tortilla chips etc.
