Mango Fool

  • ½ pint whipped cream
  • ¼ pint yoghourt
  • 1 dstsp Manuka honey
  • 2-3 mangoes, peeled and pulped
  • Zest and juice of ½ lime

Mix all the ingredients lightly and refrigerate before serving.
