Chocolate Truffles

  • 1 cup nuts/seeds (including flax seeds), ground
  • ½ cup dessicated coconut
  • ½ cup prunes
  • Pinch of ground cardamom and ground cinnamon
  • ½ tsp vanilla
  • 3 apples, peeled, quartered, blitzed in food processor
  • 1 cup cocoa or carob powder

Mix; roll into little balls; roll balls in extra coconut or cocoa.
