Green Bay Harvest Ltd. expands its range of organic functional foods with the launch at CamExpo07 of Appmella - 100% Organic-Certified Apple Cider Vinegar blended with 10+ Active Manuka Honey. The launch is part of Green Bay's strategy to expand its 'Sweet Remedy' range. All products in its 'Sweet Remedy' range use high activity manuka honey sourced from named organic-certified estates in the South Island of New Zealand.

Green Bay today launched organic flax seeds.
The seeds come in attractive recyclable drums in 225g format with a RRP of £3.95.
Founder Jo Glass said: "Flax seeds are one of nature's richest sources of Omega-3, a type of EFA contributing to brain development and healthy joints. We need to eat more of them. It's a smart seed for a healthy body and mind."

Green Bay launched its new gourmet marine minerals range with the introduction of flaky salt, coarse salt, and salt with kelp. All the products are sustainably harvested from the clean, mineral-rich seas off the coast of New Zealand and are Soil Association certified products.
Founder Jo Glass commented: "The sea provides us with an abundance of wild foods. However, it's increasingly important to source these foods from remote, clean seas. This Flaky Sea Salt, sustainably harvested from the clean, mineral-rich seas off the coast of New Zealand, is a perfect example."

Green bay announced a new range of cardboard tubes to replace its existing range of boxes and foil sachets as part of a drive to reduce, recyle and re-use packaging of its products whilst still providing optimal protection of its foods to preserve taste and nutritional properties.
Green Bay Products are all certified by the Soil Association. Processing of the raw foods, where necessary, is minimized and also certified-organic. Green Bay aims to continuously minimize, re-use and recycle packaging and our practices are audited and certified by the Soil Association. Products are shipped by sea.
