Blackcurrant Sauce for Icecream
1 punnet blackcurrants
2 tbsp 10+ Active Manuka Honey
1 tsp arrowroot, mixed with a little water
1-2 tbsp Blackcurrant and Cherry Wellbeing Syrup
A few Dried Blackcurrants, rehydrated
Cook the blackcurrants, honey and a little water gently in a saucepan for a few minutes.
Allow to cool slightly.
Add the arrowroot and wellbeing syrup and serve with icecream and dried blackcurrants scattered on top.
