Blackcurrant Sauce for Icecream

 

  • 1 punnet blackcurrants
  • 2 tbsp 10+ Active Manuka Honey
  • 1 tsp arrowroot, mixed with a little water
  • 1-2 tbsp Blackcurrant and Cherry Wellbeing Syrup
  • A few Dried Blackcurrants, rehydrated
  1. Cook the blackcurrants, honey and a little water gently in a saucepan for a few minutes.
  2. Allow to cool slightly.
  3. Add the arrowroot and wellbeing syrup and serve with icecream and dried blackcurrants scattered on top.
