Cherry Fool

 

  • 700g ripe sweet cherries
  • 1-2 tbsp honey
  • 200ml double cream
  • 1-2 tbsp Blackcurrant and Cherry Wellbeing Syrup
  1. Simmer the cherries in honey and a little water for a few minutes.
  2. Allow to cool, blend then sieve to remove liquid.
  3. Add wellbeing syrup.
  4. Whip cream and combine with cherry puree.
