
Cherry Fool
- 700g ripe sweet cherries
- 1-2 tbsp honey
- 200ml double cream
- 1-2 tbsp Blackcurrant and Cherry Wellbeing Syrup
- Simmer the cherries in honey and a little water for a few minutes.
- Allow to cool, blend then sieve to remove liquid.
- Add wellbeing syrup.
- Whip cream and combine with cherry puree.
