- 1 cup nuts/seeds (including flax seeds), ground
- ½ cup dessicated coconut
- ½ cup prunes
- Pinch of ground cardamom and ground cinnamon
- ½ tsp vanilla
- 3 apples, peeled, quartered, blitzed in food processor
- 1 cup cocoa or carob powder
Mix; roll into little balls; roll balls in extra coconut or cocoa.
