Honey-grilled Fruit Kebabs

  • 1 Pineapple
  • 1 Orange
  • 4 Satsumas
  • 2 tsp Manuka Honey
  • Ground Cinnamon

 

  1. Peel and divide satsumas into segments.
  2. Peel and chop pineapple into slices.
  3. Thread alternatively onto wooden skewers.
  4. Mix juice and zest of the orange with a sprinkling of cinnamon and two teaspoons of honey.
  5. Drizzle over the kebabs and grill for 5 minutes, turning once.
