Honey-grilled Fruit Kebabs
1 Pineapple
1 Orange
4 Satsumas
2 tsp Manuka Honey
Ground Cinnamon
Peel and divide satsumas into segments.
Peel and chop pineapple into slices.
Thread alternatively onto wooden skewers.
Mix juice and zest of the orange with a sprinkling of cinnamon and two teaspoons of honey.
Drizzle over the kebabs and grill for 5 minutes, turning once.
