Sesame Honey Slice

  • 2 cups raw sesame seeds
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1 cup tahini
  • ½ cup Flax Fibre
  • 1 dessertspoon Dried Blackcurrants , soaked (optional)

 

  1. Lightly grind up three-quarters of the sesame seeds until fine but not butter.
  2. Combine with remaining ingredients and press into a lightly greased tin.
  3. Cover, and cool for a few hours in the fridge to solidify.
  4. Cut into small squares.
