  • 1/3 cup of fresh cloudy apple juice
  • Juice of ½ a lemon
  • 2 dessertspoons of omega oil blend
  • 1 dessertspoon of Green Barley Leaf Powder
  • ½ cup of water
  • 1 dessertspoon ground flax seeds,  LSA (Linseed, Sunflower and Almond mix, for liver detox and good for blood sugar balance) or flax fibre
  • 1 teaspoon probiotic powder/natural yoghurt
  • Optional extra: Liquid multivits
