Breakfast Shake for 2
2 glasses apple juice, diluted with water
2 tbsp live plain yoghurt
25g ground Flax Seed or LSA Flax Fibre
2 dessert spoons flax oil blend
¼ tsp turmeric (optional)
Blend together and drink promptly.
Add 2 tsp Green Barley leaf powder and a few fresh berries for more colour and flavour.
