Breakfast Shake for 2

  • 2 glasses apple juice, diluted with water
  • 2 tbsp live plain yoghurt
  • 25g ground Flax Seed or LSA Flax Fibre
  • 2 dessert spoons flax oil blend
  • ¼ tsp turmeric (optional)
  1. Blend together and drink promptly.
  2. Add 2 tsp Green Barley leaf powder and a few fresh berries for more colour and flavour.
