Seed and Berry Flapjack
150g porridge oats
1 tbsp desiccated coconut
1 tbsp sunflower seeds
1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
1 tbsp Whole Flax Seeds, ground
1 dessert spoon Dried Blackcurrants , presoaked
3 tbsp honey
5 tbsp cold pressed walnut oil
Preheat the oven to 180 C.
Mix all the dry ingredients together. Add the honey and oil and mix well.
Press lightly into a greased 14cm x 14cm tin. Bake for 25 minutes.
Cut into fingers and leave to cool in the tin.
