Seed and Berry Flapjack

  • 150g porridge oats
  • 1 tbsp desiccated coconut
  • 1 tbsp sunflower seeds
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • 1 tbsp Whole Flax Seeds, ground
  • 1 dessert spoon Dried Blackcurrants , presoaked
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 5 tbsp cold pressed walnut oil

 

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 C.
  2. Mix all the dry ingredients together. Add the honey and oil and mix well.
  3. Press lightly into a greased 14cm x 14cm tin. Bake for 25 minutes.
  4. Cut into fingers and leave to cool in the tin.
