Do you have a question about your order?

We are proud to say that 99% of our deliveries arrive with our customers in tip-top condition. We measure this by tracking issues reported by customers as cases and comparing this against the total number of orders dispatched from our warehouse, which is located in Cambridgeshire.

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or there is a discrepancy with your order, please contact us as soon as possible. One of the Green Bay team will be more than happy to talk to you about your problem, and will do their upmost to provide a speedy resolve that you are happy with. 

Need to make a return or arrange a replacement delivery?

• A member of our team will provide you a Customer Service Case Number so we can identify any returned product.
• Please endeavour to have the product name, batch number and Best Before date to hand when you call.
• If you change your mind for any reason after purchasing a Green Bay product, you are backed by our quality promise which means you have 7 days from the date of delivery to return any part of your order. Returns must be unopened and in as new condition.
• To make life easier please obtain a proof of postage and the sales receipt.  In addition, return costs which have been pre-agreed with a member of our team will also be refunded back to you.
• Replacement products will be sent out as soon as we receive your return.

Delivery  

Green Bay Promotional Offers  

• Free delivery offers apply to our standard delivery and UK service only.
• Free delivery may not be combined with other Green Bay promotions and offers.
• Green Bay discount codes apply to the normal sales price of the product as advertised on our web-site and do not apply to delivery costs if any apply to your order. Remember, orders over £35 are delivered free of charge anywhere in the UK

Mainland UK - postage is charged per order and is not weight based

Standard delivery costs £3.95 and will be sent by Royal Mail first class or by courier depending on weight. Royal Mail deliver on Saturdays but not on Sundays or Bank Holidays.

• Next day delivery costs £6.95 and will be sent by next working day courier.
• Next day Saturday delivery costs £19.95 and will be sent by a special Saturday next day service.

Highlands and Islands in UK       

• Royal Mail standard parcels costs between £4.41 (up to 2kg) to £9.58 (up to 6kg).
• 48hr courier costs £15 for up to £20kg. This can sometimes take 1 extra day to some areas.

International 

• Royal Mail airmail is priced by weight and is available up to 2kg.
• International courier is priced by region for any parcel up to 20kg.
• For some countries you will see 'Call for Quote - £999'. This applies to regions where we will need to look up a price for your order.
