Recipes Using Manuka Honey Wellbeing Syrup with Blackcurrant and Cherry :

  • 10+ Manuka Wellbeing Syrup with Blackcurrant and cherry has a wide range of health benefits. Scientists have established that Manuka Honey with a Non Peroxide Activity (NPA) factor greater than 8+ has powerful anti-inflammatory and anti-septic properties. We start with 10+ NPA Manuka Honey (23%) and add organic clover honey. Then we blend in fruit and herbal extracts for immunity support and raw, unfiltered Apple Cider Vinegar (with ‘the mother‘) which is rich in pectin and malic acid. We add the delicious flavours of blackcurrant and cherry, providing extra antioxidants and vitamins.
  • Manuka honey (25%) is proven to have up to 100X the anti-bacterial activity of other honeys because in addition to naturally occuring Hydrogen Peroxide, Manuka Honey contain the active compound Dietary Methylglyoxal which originates from the floral source of Manuka Honey; the nectar of or the manuka bush (Leptospermum scoparium), an indigenous New Zealand shrub also known as tea tree.
  • Apple Cider Vinegar (14%)  contains 18 minerals including potassium, which removes excess fluid and toxicity from the body’s cells. Malic acid in apple cider vinegar is able to dissolve uric acid around the joints, relieving tightness: vinegar’s powerful enzymes invigorate the liver and clear toxicity before wastes are laid down in the joints and cause inflammation.
  • Naturally Effective - Taken as a daily supplement our Wellbeing Syrup helps maintain a healthy body. Manuka Honey’s anti-inflammatory properties help combat sore throats and fights infections. It can also protect the gut from acid reflux. Good antioxidants, such as vitamin C, bioflavonoids and anthocyanins are supplied by the delicious fruit extracts; while pectin, a soluble fibre, helps reduce cholesterol and balance blood sugar.
  • Instructions for Use: Shake the bottle well and use one part well-being syrup with up to five parts water. Or take daily 1 tablespoon (10ml) for adults, 1 teaspoon (5ml) for children over 5 years. Not suitable for children under 1 year or those allergic to bee products.

  1. An end of term boost from Well-Being syrup

    Posted by Charlotte H.

My children often look washed out and ready for a break towards the end of term and that's when they have picked up a sniffle historically. In the run up to Christmas I have them Well-Being syrup and they remained in good health throughout the festive season. I will buy it again as a booster for them during busy and bug-laden times.
